With us, collection is simple and free! We offer the following collection points:

During the ordering process you can easily choose the collection location that suits you best. This way you not only save on shipping costs, but you also pick up your organic products at a place that is convenient for you.

Shipping and possible costs

The orders you place with us are delivered by PostNL, Bpost or DPD. We use the following rates:

Costs for incorrect address, refusal or non-collection

If the address is incorrect, the package is refused or is not collected from a collection location, an amount must be paid of €5.95 in Belgium, €11.95 outside Belgium.

Delivery

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10:00 PM are usually shipped the next day. We use a delivery date of 1 to 2 working days (with the exception of weekends, holidays and promotional days).

It may happen that the mail deliverer does not adhere to the delivery period or that they are busy during the holidays. As long as you do not receive an email from us, the nuisance does not come from us.

You will always receive an email with a track & trace code from us with which you can track your package.
