Processors

The data that Bionest: receives and processes is managed by:

01. One.com

Bionest emails are hosted at One.com. If you contact us via the forms or by email, the relevant emails are stored on One.com's servers.

02. DigitalOcean

Bionest's website and associated database are hosted by DigitalOcean. Your personal account details and information about your order are kept on Bionest's database.

03. Google

Google Analytics and Google Search Console are used to anonymously report visitor statistics.

04. MailChimp

MailChimp is used to send newsletters to subscribers. You can always decide for yourself whether you subscribe to newsletters and can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The main purpose of cookies is to store limited data about visitors. You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. Storage period

Your data will be kept by Bionest for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary to carry out activities, unless we have to keep your data for longer based on a legal regulation.

01. Contact us and/or place an order

When you contact us or place an order on the Bionest website, the information you send, such as your name, company name and e-mail address, will be stored in the database. This data will be kept for a maximum of two years.

 

Security

No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.

The personal data managed by Bionest or by the aforementioned third parties is only accessible via the above software and is protected with a password and, where possible, with two-step verification.

The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices

Your rights

01. Right of access

You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at Bionest at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting Bionest by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.

02. Right to rectification

Are your details incorrect? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Bionest.

03. Right to transfer

If you need the data stored at Bionest in the event you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer it. Bionest must transfer all your data to the other party.

04. Right to erasure of data

Do you no longer want your data to be recorded at Bionest? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.

05. Right to file a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that Bionest is not handling your data correctly. This can be done via this link.

06. Right to stop data use (objection)

Do you not want Bionest to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.

These rights can be exercised via info@bionest.be by sending a copy of your ID in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport and the national register number have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.

 

Duties

Bionest processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering Bionest services or products via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

The data that is mandatory to provide is the minimum data required for offering the services or products. For example, your email address is needed to send the newsletter. If this mandatory information is not provided, Bionest cannot offer the relevant service.

If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with Bionest with others than the parties mentioned above (for example, to offer a service), your permission will first be requested.

Bionest reserves the right to disclose the data when required by law or when Bionest deems it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bionest. We always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
