At Bionest we strive to ensure that you do not have to return your products. Here are some tips to prevent that:

All additional information about the product is in the product description. If you still want to return an item, that is no problem. We are happy to help you. Below you will find our rules and a step-by-step plan for returning items.

Instructions
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories, unused and undamaged. It is important that you do not open the product or twist the caps as this may break the seal and we will not be able to accept the product back.
Send us an email with information about the products you wish to return. The costs for returning are at your expense. We recommend returning the package by registered mail so that you are insured. The risk of returns always lies with you or the company you sent the package with (if registered).
You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received the package.
For exchanges, the shipping costs for the new product are at your expense.
Received wrong product
We're sorry, something went wrong while packing. Always check your order first, because once a product has been used, it can no longer be returned. Contact us at info@bionest.be, we are happy to help you!
Received damaged or defective product
It is possible that the package arrives to you damaged or defective, despite our careful packaging. If you see that the package is damaged when the postman delivers it to you, do not accept it.
Tip: always take a photo of the package as proof!
Contact us at info@bionest.be. Please mention in the email what happened, the date of delivery and send us photos. After receiving your email you will receive instructions.
Returns without email will not be processed.
If you receive a defective product, we do not recommend tinkering with the product yourself. We cannot accept returns on opened products. An opening or modification to the product could cause it to stop working altogether. We can provide online advice and are responsible for the product.
We always ask for a photo or video of the product. This way we can assess whether it is really defective or whether the product may be used incorrectly. If we determine that the product is defective, it can be returned. Upon receipt, an investigation will be initiated to determine what is defective and whether the product has not been intentionally damaged.
It may happen that you drop the product. Fortunately, most products can take a beating, but not all. Pumps and glass, for example, are very sensitive products. We are not responsible for falls and bumps and unfortunately cannot do anything for you. So be careful with your products and store them safely after use.
